When is it Due? Your final payment for the remaining balance is due 7 days prior to your event date. This ensures we have ample time to finalize all arrangements, including precise ingredient orders and staffing schedules, guaranteeing a seamless experience on your big day.
What it Covers: This payment encompasses the full remaining cost of your customized Sweet & Salty Cart experience, including all selected food items, dedicated service, applicable travel fees, and any agreed-upon additions.
Payment Confirmation: You will receive a final invoice via email approximately 14 days before your event, serving as a helpful reminder of the upcoming due date. Once your final payment is successfully processed, you will receive an email confirmation for your records.
Important Note on Timely Payment: To ensure your event proceeds without a hitch, please make sure your final payment is submitted by the specified deadline. Regrettably, if final payment is not received by the due date, we reserve the right to cancel the booking, and our cancellation policy (including deposit terms) will apply.
